Overview
The Denver International Airport’s (DIA’s) planned a new world‑class 500 room airport terminal hotel.
Young Caruso was chosen to be the foodservice and laundry consultant for this prominent and complex project consisting of a 500 room Westin hotel with all the amenities expected, a public transit center to accommodate a train line from downtown and a public plaza for community programming and events. DIA is the 10th busiest airport in the world generating over $22 billion annually for the region. The Westin Hotel will provide additional revenue to this base and an asset to the traveling guest.
The foodservice elements consist of a lobby lounge, 24/7 restaurants, 24/7 room service, ballrooms and meeting rooms, pool deck, and mobile thematic service elements.
