Young Caruso was commissioned to design the foodservice, beverage, and laundry/housekeeping area for this 300-key hotel in the exciting city of Austin. The food and beverage amenities include a tequila bar, lobby lounge, pool bar, “Craft” restaurant, and the well known Austin City Limits club. The heart of the foodservice program is a well designed and efficient central kitchen that supports the F&B function spaces well.
