During construction phase of the Milwaukee Station Food Hall, the ownership group decided to explore their option to ensure that they were designing for efficiency, guest experience and to maximize profit.
Milwaukee Station Food Hall sought a premier consulting firm to assist with Food/Beverage, Laundry and Solid Waste Systems Facilities Planning and Design.
Young Caruso Chosen to Help Bring This Space to Life
Milwaukee Station Food Hall teamed up with YoungCaruso to perform an assessment, feasibility analysis, business plan and conceptual planning of the food hall and its food and beverage design.
During the assessment a decision was made to have YoungCaruso develop and facilitate an RFP to attract a premium Food Service Operator.
Continued Partnership Between Young Caruso And Milwaukee Station Food Hall
YoungCaruso introduced OVG Oak View Group to Milwaukee Station Food Hall and developed a multiyear contract with an option to extend. The contract included a capital investment, management and staffing for the facilities. Additionally, the contract included a profit share to ensure both parties and were aligned and incentives properly.
